By accessing or using AI My Auto's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI My Auto.

2. Services Provided

AI My Auto provides a platform that facilitates car payment transfers between vehicle owners and qualified buyers. Our services include:

• AI-powered matching between owners and buyers
• Financial verification and credit checks
• Legal contract preparation and documentation
• Insurance coordination and verification
• Payment guarantee program for owners
• Ongoing support throughout the transfer process

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• For buyers: pass credit and financial verification
• For owners: have a valid lease or loan agreement
• Maintain valid insurance throughout the term

4. Fees and Payments

For Owners: A $15 document processing fee is required to initiate the transfer process. This fee is non-refundable once matching begins.

For Buyers: Service fees vary based on the vehicle and terms. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to a transfer.

Additional fees may apply for expedited services, extended guarantees, or specialized requirements.

5. Payment Guarantee Program

Our payment guarantee protects owners' credit scores:

• If a buyer misses a payment, we intervene immediately
• We continue making payments while finding a new buyer
• Your credit remains protected throughout the process
• Guarantee terms are detailed in your transfer contract

6. User Responsibilities

All Users Must:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Cooperate with lenders and insurance companies
• Honor the terms of transfer contracts

Buyers Specifically Must:

• Make all payments on time
• Maintain required insurance coverage
• Keep the vehicle in good condition
• Notify us immediately of any issues

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our verification processes
• Use our platform for fraudulent purposes
• Harass or threaten other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of our services

8. Limitation of Liability

AI My Auto acts as a facilitator and matching service. While we verify buyers and provide guarantees, we are not a party to the underlying lease or loan agreement. We are not liable for vehicle condition, buyer behavior beyond our guarantee terms, or issues with the original lender. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your obligations under these terms continue.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
